Schedule a Tasting with Us!
Tastings are located at Prince George’s Stadium (Chesapeake/Bowie Baysox Stadium) on the upper suite level. Where our catering kitchen is located. Make it an intimate experience or bring up to 6 people. We offer weekdays & weekends. Morning, afternoon & evening. Depending on open availability, let us know what days & time frames typically work best for you & we will go through our calendar to see what dates we have available. Please come hungry, we serve full portion sizes!
Tasting fees vary depending on the menu selected & the number of people attending.
What to try at the tasting?
Depending on how many Appetizers, Entrees, Sides & Desserts you are wanting to serve at your event… We recommend you double your tasting items. For example, if you want to serve 2 appetizers, 2 entrees & 2 sides… We want you to try 4 appetizers, 4 entrees & 4 sides. This allows you to try more than what you are originally thinking about. You might like something more than your original planned menu!

Most people schedule a tasting around lunchtime & skip breakfast as we serve full portion sizes. We will remind you in the beginning to pace yourself! We also provide to-go containers that way we don’t have to roll you out to your car when we are finished!
You Don’t Have To Make A Decision Right Away!
Unless your 100% sure on what menu items you would like to choose, you can take a few days to decide! There is no pressure. We want you to feel confident on your decision, not rushed!
We will go over how the food is prepared, seasoned & cooked. If you want heavy spice, let us know! If you want light spice, let us know! We prepare everything fresh so we are able to accommodate your taste buds. Don’t be shy!

Let your guests visit the buffet station to grab their choice(s) of any entree that is on the menu, we will bring enough of each menu item selected on the menu for each guest to add to their plate.
